12 Daily Pro -How good is it?

This is a special review of the 12DailyPro paid autosurf program.

- Daily Earning Percentage: 12%
- Upgrade Expiration: 12 days
- Actual Daily Profit: 2.32%(Assuming 12 surfing days plus 5 business days and 2 weekend days for payout)
- Number of sites to surf: 12
- Number of members: Over 245,000
- Compounding Rule: No compounding allowed
- Cashout Rule: Payments are received within 7 business days of upgrade expiration
- I've been a member since: September, 2005
- Number of times I've been paid: 17
- Comments: 12% per day(roughly 2.32% actual daily profit when considering payout window) is a lot to be paying out and naturally makes the program high risk. Many programs offering more than 3% have been closing up shop due to poor or non-existent business plans. What makes 12DailyPro different and why am I recommending it? I've been watching the program since it pre-launched in May(2005). Here are 7 reasons why this program has so far bucked the trend of failed 4%+ programs:

1) The site presents a professional image. The home page is sharp and attractive. The FAQ and Terms are solid and not generic. A well-moderated forum is in place.

2) Customer Service has been excellent. Questions get answered and 12DailyPro has shown that they want their members to succeed.

3) Payouts have been on-time since the program launched.

4) Growth of the program has been phenominal with over 160,000 members since pre-launch. 12DailyPro is being heavily promoted by it's members.

5) Charis, the 12DailyPro Admin, provides detailed updates. This has been true from the start.

6) 12DailyPro does not give free upgrades and therefore does not pay free members. 12DailyPro also does not allow compounding of any kind. These 2 features will play a major role in the survival of this program. Many programs end up in financial trouble because they underestimate the effect of giving away free upgrades and having loose controls on compounding. 12DailyPro is doing it the right way especially for a high percentage program.

7) An August update from Charis gave very detailed information on 12DailyPro's plan for the future. So far 12DP has followed through on several of their plans. Charis also stated the following within the update:

"These are the top 10 reasons why we will be here long after the others are gone:

1. We do not pay free members.
2. We do not allow upgrading with earnings.
3. We do not give free upgrades for joining.
4. We provide consistent communication and superior member support.
5. We only allow 2 upgrade packages at a time.
6. We use a limited number of payment processors.
7. We provide our members with unique advertising opportunities.
8. We invest a percentage of incoming $ into a long term portfolio.
9. We will continue to improve our technology.
10. We will research, develop, and implement new features, programs, and sites to grow and strengthen the 12DP network

Auto-Surf FEVER

Been to this business for 4 months now and I can say it really pays me off, just waiting for the pay out since egold caused panic to its all users.

What is an autosurf program anyway?

Autosurf is a form of online advertising program that automatically rotates the advertised websites in one's Internet browser. The advertisers pay money to the hosts, which then pay the viewers a certain percentage commission or on an hourly basis to view the rotated websites.

This is how autosurfs gain many loyal viewers. Today, autosurfs have evolved to the point where they also allow the viewers to advertise their own websites with the credits that they earn by viewing other ads on the autosurf rotator. Since autosurfs are capable of bringing a huge amount of traffic to the advertised websites, and the members get to view other members' websites as well, autosurfs are sometimes referred to as 'traffic exchange sites'.

Autosurf concept
Autosurfing is in some ways similar to the concept of advertising on TV. Advertising companies pay large amounts of money to TV stations to run commercials, and in return TV viewers get to watch the programs for free, as long as they put up with commercial breaks. In comparison, AutoSurfers are paid to view pure advertising (websites) for a certain amount of time each (usually less than 30 seconds). Interested viewers can open any site in a new window to give themselves more time to peruse an ad. If the viewer is not interested and does nothing, the surf timer will simply move to a new site after the specified period of time. One flaw in the concept (from an effective advertising standpoint) is that the viewer need not actually watch the rotation. Most sites won't allow a viewer to minimize the web browser window and use the computer effectively (the autosurf window will re-maximize every time the page rotates), but an autosurfer can walk away from the computer. The surf rotation doesn't require feedbacks of any kind.

Why would someone spend time to AutoSurf?
Mainly, the cash. AutoSurf programs offer a commission based on the member's account level for viewing a minimum number of sites. To upgrade the account level, members need to put some money into the program. Many people have used autosurf to earn extra income, sometimes up to hundreds of dollars daily using certain strategies of "compounding" their earnings. Some people look at autosurfs as an investment program that can give them a very high return. Another reason people autosurf is that most AutoSurf programs allow members to promote websites of their own choice, according to a system of "credits" earned by surfing. The member-promoted websites may or may not be their own websites. Some websites offer credits or money to their members in exchange for promoting them.

How are autosurfs able to pay so much?
Paid Autosurf Programs usually pay fixed daily interest on a member's investment (the monetary amount of their upgrades). The most stable programs are those paying 1% daily for members who surf a fixed amount of sites every day. The process usually takes less than an hour daily. 1% daily works out to a 365 Annual Percentage Rate. That sounds pretty high for people who are used to investing their money in savings accounts or certificates of deposit. How do the AutoSurf sites pay out such high rates? The answer is not as simple as the question. There are many potential money sources for an autosurf owner. One source of income is the members' upgrades. A constant stream of new members and new upgrades is vital to any autosurf program. Part of the money invested by new members is usually used to pay the older members. This is reminiscent of a Ponzi scheme, and serious programs need additional revenue streams to stay in business and to grow. Some programs also invest their members' upgrades in other high yield investment opportunities, including FOREX investments, HYIPs, and other autosurf programs. If a program is paying 1% daily, the owner can invest the money into another autosurf program (even one paying the same 1%) and surf every day. With the right strategy, using compounding, he can produce much more than 365% in a year. The same program owner may also choose to invest in a higher-percentage program to easily generate enough money to pay the payouts, but the risk is always higher in high-percentage autosurfs, because it is harder for these companies to generate enough income to continue paying commissions to their members. There have been several collapses of major autosurf companies in the years since autosurfing has become a significant player in web advertising. Advertising is another important source of income for autosurf program owners. All autosurf programs generate millions of hits and people interested in advertising for their sites may pay to buy some of those hits. Autosurf programs may also sell text links and banners displayed in members area or on the main page. Some autosurf programs also provide hosting services, professional design and promoting, marketing tools, and auctions. The biggest autosurfs sell hosting packages for their members and there are even hosting companies running autosurf scripts to bring in more clients. Such sources of income may provide the owner a serious revenue opportunity. A few of the biggest autosurf programs even have their own payment processors and online stores.

Payment processors take fees of up to 5% from every transaction. Autosurf program may also charge payout fees over and above the fees charged by the payment processors to process the payments. Some programs also provide other money making opportunities to their members, like "paid to click" and "paid to signup" options, "matrices," and "doublers," etc. A program with a few thousand members may earn thousands of dollars monthly selling PTC and PTS features to advertisers. And keep in mind that not all an autosurf's members surf every day. Any time a member doesn't surf the required amount of sites on a given day, more money stays in the program because the autosurf doesn't owe that member a commission for that day. In fact, almost no one manages to surf 365 days without a break. Some people even go on vacations (or just forget to surf) for several weeks out of any given year. While the easiest way to keep an autosurf program going is to reinvest the money into other autosurf programs, only multiple sources of income can guarantee a program's stability. Well-organized programs also invest in advertising and promotion of their autosurf program, buying ads on other autosurf programs and with search engines.

Risk
Just like any other type of investments, investing in autosurf programs has its own risk. The autosurf industry today is full of scams. Since autosurf scripts can be bought with as little as $5, many individuals have taken autosurfing as an opportunity to create modern Ponzi schemes. They design their sites to look like professional autosurf companies, offer high interest rates (in return for high investments), and run away with the members' money when the programs start to collapse. The number of scam autosurfs is so large that most newbies will fall into at least one of these scams, especially if caught up in dreams of the high percentages these programs offer. People try to squeeze out a profit as fast as they can and then let their profits ride, instead of withdrawing their money from what can only be unstable programs. To help newbies avoid falling into these scams, senior autosurfers usually pass them some of the most famous 'words-of-wisdom' in the autosurf world:

"Don't put all your eggs in one basket" - diversify money into several autosurf programs "Investigate before you invest" - do serious research on a program before deciding to put money in it
"Don't invest money that you can't afford to lose" - 'nuff said
And never use outside funding such as a credit card or a loan to invest in these programs.
Look before you leap!

Controversy
A large amount of controversy has been created on the internet as to whether or not autosurfs are inherently structured as Ponzi schemes. Autosurfs that are purely for traffic and require no monetary investments are not Ponzis. Autosurfs which require an investment such as Studio Traffic come under attack often due to failing to reveal their income sources or failing to register as a legitimate investment company. Another reason such controversy is created is because of many autosurf companies' rather short lifespans. Most investment autosurfs exist for periods lasting anywhere from one week to a few years.

In Love..and hoping..

Been to a very low moment of my life but this song, Regine Velasquez's version ( she really knows what good song to sing), makes me hope..and be in-love , not in love, but to the person itself.

I have been playing this over and over again. It makes me hope..and hope still..

An original of Peabo Bryson, Regine makes me feel the song again, giving it a new twist, and a chance for me to sing the song, without changing my voice to a lower note.

*****************************

We've said it all
a thousand times before
been to the wall
and always found somewhere to turn
there was always room to learn
We've reached the end

and almost closed the door
and someone went in
I never can remember who
All I know is that
we found the strength to make it through
Love always finds a way

when the clouds have no silver lining
He comes through shining
Love always sees the light
through the darkest night
in a small way
Love always finds a way
Holding you near

After the storm has passed
It becomes clear
when all our tears have finally dried
that no matter how
we fools may try to turn the tide
Love always finds a way
when the clouds have no silver lining

He comes through shining
Love always sees the light
through the darkest night
in a small way
Love always finds a way
And when those moments

when the magic seems to fade
We must remember then
that's the time to keep on believing
and not be afraid
If we both trustin what we really feel

The two of us
can hold tomorrow in our hands
all it takes is just
the faith to truly understand
Love always finds a way
when the clouds have no silver lining
He comes through shining
Love always sees the light
through the darkest night
in a small way
Love always finds a way

WORLD MARKET NEWS: FOREX-Dollar stalls vs yen after Japan stocks rebound

This kind of news MUST be of my interest, since I am learning the BASICS of FOREIGN EXCHANGE. These will certainly affect not only the STOCKS MARKET but also the CURRENCY MARKET as well, where I am very much inetrested right now. I must be updated in every market news, everyday, if possible, every hour.

Got this from Reuters.

TOKYO, Jan 19 (Reuters) - The dollar shuffled in a tight range against the yen on Thursday as dealers tried to fathom the the effect on currencies from huge swings in the Japanese stock market.

After losing more than 5 percent in the previous two days, the benchmark Nikkei stock average <.N225> was up 2.3 percent by the end of Tokyo trade on Thursday. That helped to ease worries for now that the shock triggered by an investigation into possible irregularities at Internet firm Livedoor could scare away foreign investors from Japanese shares.

The rollercoaster ride in stock prices has done little to bust the dollar/yen out of its recent range, leaving traders scratching their heads as to how the Nikkei's swing would affect the Japanese currency.

"There's a division in the market between whether to sell the yen and buy the dollar on the Nikkei's moves, or sell the dollar and buy the yen," said Kotaro Kunimochi, forex director at Barclays Capital.

While the sharp fall in the Nikkei was intuitively negative for the yen, the impact on currencies was murky, traders said.

Japanese investors who suffered huge losses on stocks could sell the dollar and other high-yielding currencies -- favoured by Japanese individual investors tired of near-zero interest rates at home -- for the yen to offset the losses.

Weakness in the Australian and New Zealand dollars likely reflected some Japanese investors selling high-yield currencies as they and others in the market unwould risky positions, like carry trades, this week on a fall in global stock prices, traders said.

By 0555 GMT, the dollar was fetching 115.25 yen , unchanged from late U.S. levels and off a high of 115.90 yen hit on Wednesday in the aftermath of the plunge in Tokyo stocks.
For the past two weeks, the dollar has been shackled to a roughly 114-116 yen range, and many traders say the currency is unlikely to get out of that rut soon.

The euro eased to $1.2095 , from around $1.2110 in late U.S. trade. But it sat comfortably near the centre of the $1.20-1.22 range it has held for the past two weeks.

The Australian dollar fell 0.6 percent to around 74.70 U.S. cents on Wednesday -- below the psychologically important 75 cents -- and stayed near that level on Thursday.

The New Zealand dollar slipped to 68.30 U.S. cents after skidding 0.8 percent to around 68.55 U.S. cents overnight.

The kiwi ran into selling pressure after the Reserve Bank of New Zealand said it had talked with Japanese officials about the potential risks stemming from robust Japanese demand for high-yielding, kiwi-denominated uridashi bonds.

Uridashi bonds are debt issued to offshore investors. Bonds denominated in New Zealand dollars have been a hit among Japanese investors drawn to the advantage that New Zealand rates hold over those in Japan -- 7.25 percent compared with virtually zero.

LOOKING FOR DIRECTION U.S. data released on Wednesday -- rising core consumer prices in December and a solid Beige Book report on business activity -- failed to give clear direction to the market. The dollar has been capped by worries that the Federal Reserve will soon stop tightening policy after having raised interest rates to 4.25 percent, from 1 percent in June 2004. Still, some traders said that investors' appetite for the dollar should remain firm as long as the U.S. currency keeps its rate advantage over other currencies.

"For the yen to rise against the dollar, the market needs a clear reason to ignore the dollar's yield advantage," said Marito Ueda, a director at FX Prime Corp.

"Right now, that does not exist. I think the dollar will start gradually rising."

Data from the U.S. Treasury Department on Wednesday showed foreign investors' thirst for U.S. securities remained strong.

Net capital flows into U.S. assets totaled $89.1 billion in November, down from a revised $104.2 billion in October but above economists' expectations for $87.5 billion.

JOB OPPORTUNITY IN SINGAPORE

Been to Singapore for seven months. I consider myself lucky since I do not have to go to Singapore, just like what others did, just to look for a job. Opportunity comes knocking at my door and i guess i would be crazy to let it go.

Mine was really pure luck, and prayers maybe, or destiny? hehhehe, it just so happened that I did the right thing at the right time. Lucky to see that job post in the internet advertisement, and lucky enough that the company needs me for that position urgently! hehehehe..

For those who wanna know, and still don't know how I get the job, as I said, I just browsed JOBSTREET-SINGAPORE.

As I remembered, it was a SATURDAY, May 14th, when I was so bored at the office that time and planned to browse JOSBTREET SINGAPORE. When suddenly, the posting for a CHANGE ANALYST caught my attention.

Doing the same thing at work, I applied for the position. Update my resume and send it to them at 10 in the morning. At 1pm the same day, got a call from HR of that company, interviewing me. Got another 3 more phone calls for that day.

In less than a week, after a couple of phone interviews, I got the confirmation that I am IN for the job. That I should be in Singapore before June 13th, and that they need my documents for processing my employment pass.

So for those who would ask me to look for a job for them, guys, it shoould be your initiative. I can posts ads in this site so I can help, but you must help yourself first.

NIRWANA GARDENS review

Why did we decide to stay in NIRWANA GARDENS in the first place? TRAVEL TRAVEL gave us a feedback that this is a great place to stay in BINTAN.. And when we got there, here are our comments:

After getting off from the ferry, there will be crews from the hotel looking for you, and they will get and carry your baggages.

There will be a free shuttle to take you to the hotel.

The check in time is 3pm but we were there as early as 12 noon. We waited for more than 2 hours before we get our room.

The service of the poolside restaurant is very poor. We only ordered 2 dishes and it took more than 30 minutes before it was served. On the other table was a group of about 12 westerns, whom arrived as the same time as we do, and they were almost finished when our food was served.

They informed us that we can check in at 2pm, but our room was not yet made up at 2pm. So we decided to get whatever room was ready at that time.

The room was nice, just good for 2 persons, but the furnitures are old. It seems that the bed sheet and the pillowcases were not changed, the toiletries were not completely given, the sofa looks like its gonna break when my friend sits on it. The television is old, remote control not functioning properly unless you press it hard.

There is a giant chessboard for kids, a table tennis, arcade games, board games for rent. All these are available and will be very helpful for those having holidays with their kids.

1-WEEK WEATHER FORECAST for SINGAPORE

Concerned so much about the weather. Of course i should! I have to plan my activities for next week, so I could relax. I still have some homework to do. I need to scout and make some online research for the best tourist spots in Singapore .

I am planning to roam around Singapore on Saturday. The weather forecast is good only for 5 days. Anyhow, at least I have an idea if I can go out on Saturday. I just hope I can.

Staying in Singapore for 7 months and I have only been to Sentosa. So this time, when this special friend of mine comes in, I will go out with him and explore Singapore!

I have searched for the most visited tourist spot and here is what I have got:

East Coast Park ─ For those who want the sun, the sand and the sea sports and excitements, head for East Coast Park and you won’t go wrong. From jogging to cycling, swimming to wind surfing, it has all the land and sea sports a sun lover will want. It is also a place where family can have picnic or barbeque.

You’ll be spoilt for choice with the various leisure attractions such as bowling alley, golf driving range, tennis and squash courts. You can hire a bicycle or a pair of roller blade and brisk through the entire ‘Gold Coast’ of Singapore. You can blade though a McDonald’s restaurant, a world’s first skate thru outlet, to purchase drinks or ice cream to quench your thirst.
And when the hunger pang begins to groan after a day of activities, there are beach side restaurants, bars and pub to go for. The best part is this, there is a seafood centre located at this park. Trying out the famous Singapore chilli crab is a MUST!

Sentosa ─ Sentosa offers an alternative to the hustle and bustle of Singapore city. Also known as the Isle of Peace and Tranquillity, it is the perfect gateway for weekend trip, family outing or for a honeymoon. The island is located at the southern part of Singapore, it is accessible by car, bus and cable car. By cable car gives you an opportunity to have a bird’s eye view of one of the world’s busiest and best sea ports. You’ll be fascinated and mystified by the Merlion. The experience will energise you up. You ascend up Asia tallest observatory tower which gives a spectacular view of Singapore and its southern islands. What goes up must come down. And descend down into the Underwater world, one of Asia’s largest oceanariums. This will give you a close encounter with sharks and stingray before you get in touch with the pink dolphins at the Dolphin Lagoon. After which go and look at how natural disasters strike at Volcano Land. Running away from the flowing lava, this will keep your heart beat in good condition for Cinemania. A safe heart racing ride at breakneck speed.

After all the day’s excitement, unwind at Sunset Bay, one of the many beach bars which also organise foam parties, at dusk. After dining, take a romantic stroll along Siloso Beach and walk across the suspend bridge to a small isle which is the southern most point of continental Asia. Watch marine world goes by while enjoying the sea breeze. Such a perfect day must end on a musical note. Catch the Musical Fountain show. It is a multi sensory show of fire jets, water geysers and computer animation.

For those who does not have enough of Sentosa for one day, there a number of hotels and resorts to stay over night.

Chinatown ─ Chinatown consists of four main districts. Kreta Ayer, Telok Ayer, Tanjong Pagar and Bukit Pasoh – each have there own distinctive flavour. Its history dates back to 1821 when the first batch of Chinese immigrants arrived from Fujian province, China. The result ─ Singapore’s oldest Hokkien Temple, Thian Hock Keng, is located here. Also Singapore oldest Indian temple, Sri Mariamman Temple is here too, as the Indian immigrants settle down here first before moving off to Serangoon.

Experience the atmosphere of the “wet markets” in the early morning and catch a Chinese Opera before heading for lunch. In the afternoon, shop for Chinese antiques and herb and have a break in between with Chinese tea appreciation session. And end your day learning about cultural history of old Chinatown at the Chinatown Heritage Centre.

Night Safari ─ This is the world’s first night zoo. The 40 hectares award winning attraction is located right next to the Singapore Zoological Gardens, one of the world’s most beautiful zoos. There are about 1200 animals, from over 100 exotic species from countries like Africa, South America and Nepal and India. There is a 45 minutes tram that takes you round the Safari. Or you can walk along one of the three walking trails. After the walk, you can cool down and enjoy the twice nightly ‘Creatures of the Night’ show.

Once I have been to these places, I will let you know the real score. Wait for my own review.

DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES - Season 2

The long wait is worth it! Got a news that season 2 for this one-great-drama-that-ripped-all-awards show is now available. Haven't seen any though, but I am quite sure that I can have it soon. Not being shown in cable TV though but i have been looking for reveiew to expect what season 2 has stored for us! I am excited!

Rich Dad Poor Dad Effect

Just borrowed this book from a friend and what can i say!!!! I should have read this book 4 years ago!!!

I really am a late bloomer. I should have started thinking about these things way-way back. Just like the Meteor Garden fever..Titanic movie.. I just became interested and love it when the fad weas over..Titanic? watched the movie after 2 years it was shown.. The F4 fever just came into my head when the second part of the show is almost over..

Late bloomer, am I?

LATEST DESTINATION: BINTAN, INDONESIA

PREAPARATION..is it?

Actually, this whole Bintan trip was not really planned. We just booked our tour 3 days before the tour itself. And man!! It was really a rush decision that I made, especially I am on budget during those times since it was Christmas season.

This Bintan tour was made possible by the travel and tour guide that we saw in Plaze Singapura, just right after we had our lunch. We should have not take a few walks!!! Coz that lead us to this travel agency and since this little Marlenie was so eager to push this through, it looked like i didn't have a choice.

Well, we cannot back out anymore. We are planning to use Marlenie's HSBC credit card but since we are on the last minute booking, the travel agecny asked us tro pay it for cash instead..well. the i paid for it.

In other words, so we go..Using my luggage bag that i just bought from Carrefour for only half the prize ( geezz,,. too many items on sale coz it is Christmas season!!) and i let Marlenie borrowed my other bag that I haven't used yet, so she don't have to carry that BIG luggage that she used when she came from Manila.

All fits..my swimsuit ( i bought in Bargain! imagine buying a Speedo one pice swimsuit for only half the regular price) and all the toiletries we need..shampoo, conditioner, sunblock lotion, moisturizer, everything! and then , excitedly, we are on our way!!!! so on the 12th of December, we set foot to Bintan...=)

We were the last pair to get into the ferry. We were so dozzy since we slept so late the night before. And that was the worst ferry ride I ever had. Does it have something to do with the fear that the Tsunami might happen again? hahahaha! kidding aside, maybe that's the effect of taking a ferry, just like a speed boat, and then crossing the whole Pacific Ocean. The thought makes me shiver...

So how does Bintan looks like?? My first ever photo when i landed Indonesia..

We were booked at Nirwana Gardens. Want a review for the place? Will make a separate posting for that!

TRAVELLING

It's been more than a year since I had my first ever out-of-the-country trip. And i haven't even created any single document about it, to make my friends aware where I have been to, and what I have been dome on the last few months.

Been very busy lately, busy thinking what to do during my spare time, because I have a lot! And I have been thinking of either the following:

1. watch the STARWARS DVD's ( from STARWARS1 til STARWARS6)
2. watch my BATMAN collection
3. read my books ( haven't even started ROAD LESS TRAVELLED)
4. look for online business
5. try the earn-money-at-home jobs

and while I amthinking all about these things, now I cannot help but wonder how am I supposed to do all of these! ironic isn't it..

anyway, my blog is taking my thoughts to something else..let's go back to the main subject..

i will be creating reviews to all the places that I have been to. Hopefully I will be able to recall ( some of these I have been to for more than a year ago).

Places that I have been that I will be creating reviews ( in chronological order):

Bintan, Indonesia - December 2005
Bangkok Thailand - November 2005
Johor Bahru, Malaysia - October 2005
Singapore - June 2005
Sydney, Australia - October 2004
Canberra, Australia - October 2004
Brisbane, Australia - December 2004

All of these, are my out-of-the country trips.

If i will still be able to recall all my mountain climbing trips, hope I can add them up as well!
